Project summary

WhatSpa? Is the leading UK hot tubs magazine and online advice centre for hot tubs and swimspa buyers. They approached us with a tired design and a complex internal management system that was in serious need of improvement. They were looking for an agency to form a long term relationship with to help move their business forward.

We initially redesigned their site along with associated landing pages for paid advertising campaigns. We also improved their internal systems to provide optimised workflow where they can manage their leads, manufacturers, retailers and marketing strategy more effectively.

We have formed a strong working relationship as their lead supplier and we continue to develop their increasing portfolio of sites as we help to move them into other related markets.
